Liquidations Voluntary (Solvent) Liquidations: Where a company has outlived its usefulness, or a restructuring exercise is being contemplated, we are able to effect an orderly wind-up. Voluntary (Insolvent) Liquidations: Acting on the instructions of shareholders who consider the company to be insolvent, we attend to the necessary statutory procedures of liquidation. Court Appointments: We are able to accept appointment as liquidators where directed by the Court, and also as interim liquidators.
