Sharlene gained a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Commerce from Auckland University and then worked as an auditor for Deloittes in Auckland for 3 years. Sharlene returned home to the Bay and joined the staff of Dent Robertson in 1997, becoming a partner of the firm in 2004.Sharlene, a business advisory director, works closely with her developing client base. She has a wide range of clients and is developing expertise in franchising.Sharlene is currently a committee member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants, Hawkes Bay branch.
Dave was originally from Timaru and joined Dent Robertson & Partners in 1985 becoming a partner in 1989. He attended Otago University, then worked with Deloittes for six years in Wellington and the Middle East.
As a business advisory director Dave acts for a wide range of commercial and rural clients and offers expertise through direct involvement with his clients on taxation, business management and succession planning.
Active in community affairs, Dave is currently involved with a number of community organisations.
Stuart gained his Business Studies degree from Massey University. Following five years with Deloittes in Wellington and London he settled in Hawkes Bay in 1982. He became a partner of Dent Robertson in 1989.
Stuart specialises in providing audit and assurance related services to a large number of clients including several in the financial services sector. He has extensive experience with the prospectus requirements for issuers under the Securities Act. He has a special interest in the development of useful reporting and information systems.
Stuart holds several directorships and trustee positions giving wide experience in corporate governance practices.
